Rajeshwari (or Raj as she is known to her colleagues) is a PCC-certified Coach with deep experience in the People function, spanning areas like Performance Coaching, Behavioural Training and Cross-Geo people engagement. As a Leadership Coach she works with senior managers in organisations and helps them take a coach-oriented mindset to leadership. Rajeshwari is passionate about her Transitions Coaching work in supporting women as they navigate personal and professional transitions. With an MBA in HR and a Masters in Psychology, Rajeshwari is also a certified NLP Master Practitioner.

Meenakshi is a PCC certified Coach and Facilitator with 20+ years of experience in the ‘Learning and Development’ space. She is a certified NLP Trainer and a Richard Bandler-certified ‘Licensed NLP Coach’. She is also certified by the Certified Coaches Alliance, Canada as a ‘Certified Professional Coach’ and a ‘Master Spirit Life Coach’. She also holds an Advanced Diploma in Ericksonian Hypnosis as well as an International Graduate Diploma in Counselling Skills (IGDCS) from the Banjara Academy, Bangalore.

Arun is a HR leader with 25+ years of industry experience in large organizations with a keen focus on people development and HR operations. Having spent a significant amount of time conducting stand-up training and development centers in the corporate context, Arun understands the nuances of training and adult learning. His keen interest in human behaviour has led him to the areas of Coaching, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Positive Psychology and the Power of the Subconscious.
Understanding Learning/ Memory, Beliefs, CBT, Motivations, Neuroscience of Behaviour change and taking a positive ‘Strengths-based’ approach
Catering to individual learning styles of VAK (Visual, Auditory and Kinesthetic) and using NLP tools and techniques as needed
